Aeroville is a 84,000 sq m. shopping mall near the Charles De Gaulle Airport outside Paris with a total budget of 175 million euros to construct. The cinema was envisioned as a unique destination for an immersive movie-going experience featuring luxury food vendors. Our role focused on the execution of the food service space.

Residential

Tucked away inside the historic Passage des Panoramas in the 2nd of Paris, this 50m2 apartment needed an updated bathroom and kitchen as well as an overall refresh. The large living room was wasted on a single sofa and coffee table, missing the opportunity to create a cohesive dining and entertaining area. As a rental property, the owner's goal was to attract a higher quality tenant and the upgrades resulted in a 300 euro/month rental increase. With a limited budget- a bit of paint, some creative tilework and new furnishings elevated this apartment from basic to bold.

Residential

Situated in the 9th of Paris, a rarely used second bedroom in this 75m2 apartment was converted into a guest room and office. The full size bed that took up most of the 9 m2 footprint was replaced with a convertible sofa and office desk. Outdated carpet, hiding an uneven concrete floor, was removed. The floor was leveled and replaced with light colored flooring to maximize the limited light. A once drab and single use space was made lively and multi-functional.

Residential

Featured as an example of eco living, this tiny home in Paris went through a complete transformation. A bathroom and oversized armoire were demolished to create a gourmet kitchen and entertaining area, while storage was increased and discreetly incorporated throughout. Maximizing its 20m2, even a 12cm wide dead space was used to create a custom sliding pegboard. Smart furnishings do double or even triple duty, such as the murphy bed + sofa with storage underneath. This marvel in efficiency includes all the creature comforts while high-end finishes add a touch of luxury.
